Why should sunlight brighten your room, or separate the night-time from the day?
Do you need to compel the Sun to learn how photosynthesis should work?
Would you blame it if you stepped into a hidden pitfall on your way?
Would you start explaining that you needed its light to take your pavement walk?

Funny but pointless. The Sun just does what it has to do.

Although it's not a bad idea to give a crackling wax another spin,
does it knock you down when I say you have one life and not much time?
Would you die if you're not reminded to alternate breathe-outs with breathe-ins?
Truth may sound plain, naive, or bitter... But how beautiful is the Lie!

You say "it's pointless"... Why don't you do what you were born to do?

Be what you are!
